Description

Ingredients -Pearl millet, Raw rice

 

Method of preparation –  Mix 1 cup kambu idiyappam flour with 1 cup boiling water. Add a little oil and knead into a soft dough. Rest for 5 minutes, press into idiyappam, and steam for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
