Millets dosa mix

Description

Ingredients – Pearl millet, White maize, Foxtail millet, Little millet, Barnyard millet, Kodo millet, Finger millet (Ragi), Sago, Black gram (Urad dal), Fenugreek seeds.

Method of preparation –  Mix required batter with salt and water. Ferment overnight for best results. For instant dosa, add curd. Ensure proper fermentation, like idli or rice dosa, before use.
